Dr. Mark Nadolski is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who has over 8 years of experience working with adolescents and adults in a variety of diverse environments. Dr. Mark Nadolski has worked in homeless shelters, substance-abuse clinics for opiate abuse (Methadone and Suboxone), skilled nursing facilities, and prison-settings, providing clients with consistent empathetic and non-judgmental emotional support. He utilizes a client-centered and strength-based approach that focuses on developing self-compassion, encouraging self-determination and growth, and working collaboratively on a journey of self-awareness.
He specializes in treating people suffering from depression, anxiety disorders such as panic disorder, OCD, phobias, generalized anxiety disorder, trauma and PTSD, mood disorder, emotional regulation difficulties, personality disorders, addiction and dual-diagnosis issues, and anger management. As a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) he is adept at various forms of assessment including personality, projective, intelligence, and diagnostic tests. His approach utilizes a holistic/integrative style which focuses on the many different areas of a person’s life that makes that person whole. Treatment modalities include Person-Centered, Cognitive Behavioral models, mindfulness, and Behavioral Activation. Other treatment modalities include Motivational Interviewing to address addiction issues and Time-Limited Dynamic Therapy to identify negative relationship patterns and difficulties with others.
