Katie Tsitaridis is a Licensed Professional Counselor with experience in outpatient and college settings. Katie works with a range of challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, interpersonal issues, domestic violence, suicidal ideation, addiction, and work-life balance concerns. She has experience working with individuals, couples, and families. Katie holds a special interest in working with college students and athletes struggling to succeed in multiple life domains. Katie’s approaches are person-centered, strengths-based, and draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy methods. Katie also uses Internal Family Systems, trauma-informed, and culturally-competent interventions.
