Caitlyn is a Licensed Professional Counselor who provides therapy for adolescents and adults struggling with mental health constraints, behavioral concerns and addictive behaviors. Caitlyn received her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Sacred Heart University and Master’s Degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Dance/Movement therapy from Lesley University.
Caitlyn utilizes strengths-based models to create a warm therapeutic environment where clients are encouraged to share honestly and bring their full selves to treatment. Caitlyn’s clinical interventions range from implementing expressive therapy techniques to facilitate greater emotional awareness, to providing solution focused therapy for client’s to effectively work through life’s barriers. Caitlyn specializes in aiding individuals navigate life transitions, managing mood disorders such as anxiety or depression, healing from addictive behaviors, engaging in healthy relationships and creating a healthy relationship with oneself.
When Caitlyn is not working, Caitlyn enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle, cooking, pursuing personal development and spending time with her family.
