Carly Jacques, LCSW

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Carly Jacques is passionate about working with adults and adolescents while providing therapy to children (including play therapy techniques) in the context of a family approach. Much of Carly’s background has been with adults and families experiencing traumas and interpersonal violence. Carly also works with youth struggling with anxiety, depression, identity exploration and the transition into adulthood. Carly has worked in settings to include residential, criminal justice, substance use and behavioral health outpatient centers.

Carly incorporates a person-centered, trauma-informed, strengths-based approach in her therapy practice. Carly offers Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and strongly believes in this body-oriented model. Carly is a member of the National Association of Social Work (NASW), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing International Association (EMDRIA), and Association of Play Therapy.
