Christina Caputo, LMFT
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Christina Caputo is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who has experience working with a wide range of mental health treatments for individuals, families, couples and groups. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Central Connecticut State University in 2012 and her MS in Marriage and Family Therapy from Central in 2020. Christina completed an internship for her master’s program at the Child Guidance Clinic for Central Connecticut in Meriden, where she facilitated trauma and stress management groups utilizing evidence-based programs. She also provided assessments, case management and individual/family treatment to children and families. Christina also has extensive experience working with individuals on the Autism Spectrum as well as providing support to their families.
Christina currently works mostly with adults, utilizing a client centered approach to aid in the processing of trauma, alleviating anxiety and depression symptoms, empower clients and build self-esteem, work through addiction/maintain sobriety, and transition smoothly through life cycle stages.
