Enas Mohammad is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 8 years of experience providing therapeutic services to at risk youth and their families. Enas has had the pleasure of working with many adolescents and their families to facilitate change through her work serving youth at a high school, partial hospitalization program and multidimensional family therapy. She most recently was a Program Manager for mobile crisis ensuring the safety of youth battling suicidal ideation, homicidal ideation and self-injurious behaviors.

Enas has had the honor of facilitating positive change by using her warmth, compassion, and non-judgmental stance. She firmly believes in the importance of finding the strength and ability to achieve in everyone. Enas believes it is essential to develop a genuine therapeutic relationship which establishes trust to begin healing. She is also a strong advocate of self-care which is essential to the healing process.

Enas works with adolescents, adults, couples and families. She has worked with clients suffering from depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, oppositional defiant disorder, intermittent explosive disorder, mood disorders and self-harming behaviors. She is also fluent in Urdu, Punjabi and Hindi.
