Jessica Screen is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 15 years experience expanding across a variety of settings including outpatient community mental health and substance abuse, psychiatric and forensic inpatient hospital programs, crisis assessment and intervention, and geriatric care settings.

Jessica utilizes person-centered, trauma informed, strengths-based models incorporating psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, and ecological/relational perspectives and strategies. Jessica is trained in Trauma Informed Approaches, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Crisis Intervention, Anger Management, and Interpersonal Skills Training.

Jessica specializes in working with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, severe and persistent mental illness, substance abuse, trauma, grief & loss, emotional/relational stress and conflicts, and difficulties related to aging and/or caregiving with individuals and groups ranging from young adults to older adults. She asserts the importance of building a strong therapeutic alliance by way of creating a safe space where clients can be open and feel supported throughout their therapeutic journey and healing process.
