Seon Kim, LMFT

Seon Kim is a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Ph.D. from Antioch University and an M.A. from Nyack College.
Specializing in systemic and cross-cultural approaches, Seon has extensive experience in outpatient, detox, and residential substance use disorder settings. Fluent in both Korean and English, Seon is dedicated to providing inclusive, culturally responsive care to individuals, couples, and families.
Seon specializes in working with clients who face challenges related to ADHD, anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, and couple and family conflicts.
In addition to clinical practice, Seon teaches clinical and didactic courses to graduate students. He is passionate about advancing the field of MFT by supporting students in developing their clinical and theoretical skills. As an advocate for social justice and neurodiversity, Seon integrates societal and cultural influences into therapy to promote holistic well-being.
