A prescription can be requested by any of these 3 methods:

Client Portal

Add a request in the new client portal; this will send a message to your provider to authorize who will then submit your prescription request to the pharmacy.

Call your Provider

Need a prescription refill? Simply reach out to your provider for a quick and hassle-free prescription renewal. 


Request the refill at the pharmacy.  The pharmacy will then send a request to your provider via athena, so they can authorize.

On January 23rd, our current electronic health system will transition to a new and advanced system to better serve you: Athena. Prior to the transition date, you will be sent a registration link to create a new patient account in Athena.
