Alyssa Sola, LMFT

Alyssa Sola is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. Alyssa obtained both her bachelors and masters degrees from Central Connecticut State University. She has a wide variety of experience, that includes multisystemic therapy for emerging adults (MST-EA), outpatient therapy, and mobile crisis for children & adolescents. She has experience working with children, adolescents, teens, adults, and families. Alyssa’s experience with different modalities of treatment and clinical experience, serves as a strength, as she is knowledgeable about community resources in the Southington & Waterbury areas.

Her areas of specialty include adjustment disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, attention disorders, conduct disorders, and grief. Alyssa has also been trained in the evidence-based MATCH (modular approach to therapy for children with anxiety, depression, trauma, and conduct) model. Additionally, she has completed the Gottman’s Method Couples Therapy level one training.

Alyssa is an outgoing, compassionate, and charismatic clinician, who places a strong emphasis on helping her clients work towards and live up to their greatest potential. Like many of her colleagues, Alyssa thrives to help end the stigma associated with mental health.
