With a deep commitment to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges, Amanda Chrostowski is a dedicated Licensed Professional Counselor with 10 years of experience supporting clients in their personal growth and mental wellness. Specializing in working with the child and adolescent population focusing on anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. Amanda employs a compassionate, evidence-based approach to therapy, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of every client.
Amanda holds a Master’s degree from Post University and has completed advanced training in ABFT & TF-CBT. Passionate about fostering a safe, nonjudgmental space for healing, Amanda integrates modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, & play therapy to empower clients toward lasting change.
When not in the counseling room, Amanda enjoys hiking, cooking & going to the beach believing that balance and self-care are key to overall well-being.
Amanda is currently accepting new clients and looks forward to working collaboratively to help individuals achieve their goals for personal growth and emotional resilience.
