Do you find yourself withdrawing from others because everything feels overwhelming or “just too much”? Have people noticed you seem different lately, and you’re not sure how to explain it? When stress, anxiety, or low mood start to take over, it can feel difficult to stay connected and engaged in your daily life—but you don’t have to navigate that alone.

I am a therapist with over 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults across outpatient, intensive outpatient, and nonprofit settings. I have supported parents facing substance use and mental health challenges, and worked closely with children and families to improve communication, behavior, and overall functioning. I also specialize in helping individuals manage anxiety, depression, PTSD, and OCD.

My approach is strengths-based and collaborative. I focus on helping you build practical skills while also understanding the deeper patterns that may be keeping you stuck. I use evidence-based treatments including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Structural Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, tailoring each session to your specific needs and goals.

Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Together, we will work to help you feel more grounded, regain a sense of control, and reconnect with what matters most to you. If you’re ready to take the next step, I welcome you to reach out to schedule a consultation.
