Jessica Dey, LPC

Jessica is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Board-Certified Art Therapist, Clinically Licensed Art Therapist, and National Certified Counselor. In her clinical career she has worked exclusively in private practice providing individual and group therapy to clients ranging from children to older adults. She primarily works with children and adolescence who experience ADHD symptoms, school anxiety, or grief/loss, along with other concerns. She received a Bachelor of Art in Art with a minor in Psychology from Western Connecticut State University, as well as a Masters of Education Art Therapy/Counseling from Springfield College.

Jessica enjoys utilizing art therapy (and other expressive therapy modalities), play therapy, person-centered psychotherapy, CBT, DBT, ACT, and positive psychology, or working in the modality that makes the most sense for the client and the situation.

When not working, Jessica enjoys spending time with her dogs, doing arts and crafts, playing video games, participating in clubs and doing non-profit fundraising.
