Lisa Muller, LCSW

Lisa Muller is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience in helping clients create meaningful change. She earned her Master of Social Work from Columbia University in 2002 and has worked with adults, elderly and couples with goals related to mood disorders, women’s issues, improving communication and relationships, developing parenting skills, navigating life transitions and coping with medical challenges. As a military spouse of nearly 30 years, Lisa has first personal experience with issues that impact families before, during and after the deployment cycle and military lifestyle in general.

Drawing from evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) and Emotional Freedom Therapy (EFT or Tapping), Lisa also integrates holistic healing techniques from Reiki (Master level) and Emei Qigong (Level III) to support mind-body wellness.

Lisa’s style is collaborative and compassionate and she believes that with supportive focus each of us can utilize inner resources to create better alignment with Self. She is passionate about learning and teaching skills that clients can use in their daily life between sessions, where true growth unfolds.
