Meredith started her career as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York and has become a Licensed Professional Counselor in Connecticut. She has 10 years of experience assisting clients in working on substance use disorders, depression, anxiety, trauma, improving self-esteem, and a wide variety of other challenges. Meredith utilizes evidenced based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and a trauma informed approach with the clients she works with.

Meredith has experience in working with clients from a wide range of backgrounds and has worked with both adolescents and adults. She is committed to being a warm and supportive resource for her clients as they work to achieve their goals.
