Lori Ann is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate, a Certified Grief Counselor, and an I.F.S. Level 1 Practitioner. She has 15+ years of experience working within the field of both behavioral and mental health. As a family therapist, Lori is empathetic, compassionate, non-judgmental, providing excellent listening skills; utilizing humor when appropriate, and welcomes her clients with an open perspective.
Lori has a passion for assisting others in finding their inner strengths and empowering them to become the best version of themselves. She utilizes holistic and integrative treatments that are tailored to each person with a focus on systemic, strength based, solution-focused, mindfulness, and narrative approaches. Her experiences includes working with a diverse population, ranging from children and adults in a variety of outpatient, inpatient, community mental health, and academic settings.
Lori works with clients who want help managing life’s challenges, relationships, coping with grief and/or loss, striving to achieve improved mind/body connection, and/or is troubled by health-related afflictions.
In her spare time, Lori enjoys spending time with family and friends, talking to her pet bird, listening to music, walking, and practicing Reiki.
