Nicole Battistone, LPC

Licensed Professional Counselor

Battistone is a Licensed Professional Counselor who provides therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. Nicole received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Saint Joseph. She has a wide variety of experience which includes intensive in-home work with children and adolescents (IICAPS), and outpatient therapy.

Nicole utilizes a person-centered approach to create a positive and welcoming therapeutic environment where clients are encouraged to be involved in the therapeutic process and can make a positive connection in a safe environment. Nicole’s areas of specialty include grief and bereavement, adjustment disorders and life transitions, anxiety, trauma, self-esteem, depression, time management/organization skills, social skills, and attention disorders. Nicole has been trained in the evidence-based trauma models ARC (Attachment, Regulation, Competency) and TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy). Nicole also enjoys utilizing creative interventions (art and play) in her therapy work.

Nicole is an outgoing, passionate, and caring clinician who works hard to help her clients meet them where they are at and help them to recognize and acknowledge how important they are. When Nicole is not working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, arts and crafts, and traveling.
