Yolanda Lee is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Yolanda obtained her Bachelor’s Degree from Springfield College in Human Services with a concentration on Addiction Studies and her Master’s Degree from Southern Connecticut State University in Marriage and Family Therapy. Yolanda has provided individual, group, couple and family counseling services in a variety of settings including IOP/PHP, Outpatient Group Therapy, In-Home therapeutic services, and Residential Intensive Treatment Services. She has significant clinical experience working with youth, adolescents, adults, parents, couples and families.
Yolanda specializes in providing counseling services to address and cultivate interpersonal growth for those who are challenged with anxiety, depression, PTSD, trauma, domestic violence/IPV, adjustment disorders, couple’s counseling, family counseling, addiction services and self-esteem.
Yolanda utilizes a systemic and holistic approach when providing services and incorporates CBT, DBT, MDFT, Solution-Focused and psychoeducation models tailoring therapeutic services to the needs of those involved and supporting through the transitions of life with compassion and care. Yolanda provides a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space to guide you in the transitions of life with compassion, patience and care. Yolanda is a member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT).
